How is it that we love each other
but can't be together
going the same speed
on different streets
Seems like when I wanted you
you weren't ready for me
and when you were ready for me
I had already shut down
found comfort within myself
since you were never around
and now we can't seem to get it together
you and me
which makes me wonder was it really meant to be
When say you love me
and don't  show it
never around so how am I
supposed to know it.
somewhere we lost us
but this is nothing new
So i guess I have to let go of me an you.
