last month while moving to florida
to the land of the sun and sea
you know I didn't know a soul there
so I decided to bring my own weed

those Texas border patrolmen
you know their dogs can really smell
so when they found my quarter pounder
they went and threw my ass in jail

My cell had see through bars
and a toily all could see
do you know how very painful
it is to hold your shit and pee

no books,no mattress, no phone call,
and a blanket full of holes
bastards kept the lights on 24/7
for 3 days and nights in the hole

Cant afford to hire an attorny
won't be getting away scott free
and this would never of had to happen
if they would only legalize weed
