First of all, this should be under the category of "anger" poem because it's discussing activism. I agree with your poem, except, you ask the question "Aren't we all a bit gay?" I don't think we are. I think everybody likes whom everybody likes and it's none of anyones business. I'm straight, but I'm still flattered when a girl tells me she likes me. The only way someone else's sexuality affects you is if they like you or you like them. That's it.
