Gut renching
Pain below
The inner anxiety surfaces
To put on a show
Sharp stomach pains
Rapid breathing and cold tears
I can taste the bitterness on my tongue
Up come the fears
Skin is clammy
Body is shaking
Another dreaded anxiety attack
