Well done world
you've done it again
it was never a question
of why
it was a question of when.

I would say i was surprised
but i am not
I used to look upon this world
with wonder
now i weep
but how can one weep
when there are no tears
left to cry.

I wake up
switch on the news
once again i am not
surprised what i see
killing, murder,
etc etc etc.

Ever wondered why aliens have never
visited earth?
share there knowledge
of the stars?
why would they?
we are dangerous
the most dangerous creatures
in the universe
the human race
congratulations people.

Hear that bubble burst
in that bottle of diet coke?
that was the sound of a universe
dieing, trying to exist
but failed.
first the humans
then the crops
all of it ends in
one quiet whimpering
