Wrapped in spells
Bound by beautiful words
Promises of the future
My lock and key
Seduced by a voice
It could speak nonsense and I would be
Enthralled
Beacon in the dark
Of night and light
Woo me
Compel my shadow self
Own all that I am
Lured by understanding
Common likes
Fate?
Empowered by desire
I am
Bold
Fearless
Searching to be made whole
But a grain of fear lurks within
Doubt
Shame
Self abhorrence
It whispers to me
Will this be my end or
Just the beginning
