Cerebral Vomit

I spew forth lots of thoughts
some spill out from a pen
splattering onto paper
page after page after page
I look them over
pick out whatever stands out
and then post
some are poetic
some are not
maybe someone comments
most times not a one
I just keep posting anyway
it's not like I have a choice
it's beyond my control  
then there's the other thing  
learning disabilities  
much of what I read  
is soon forgotten  
and my penned past  
becomes unrecognizable  
it's all too easy to delete  
blah fuckin' blah blah blah...
