Unmotivated by your disregards
Sat back for too long
Watching as you’re walked over my career
I come to you with your deaf ear
My request in one ear out the other
Over looked my progress
Over looked my dedication
To further my military education
Was over looked
It was given to the ones that’s sucking company dick
Not I.
I will not sit back and act as if I like it
Seven year of my life dedicated to this unit
Held me back and those year I cannot get back
I am tired of making you look good
Maybe it was because you didn’t want to see me better
Or was it the color of my skin
Ignorant as shit and you can suck on that.
You won't catch me on my knee
Will no longer walk on me like a door mat
5 more months and you will see
My contracts up……………….Free

I can sympathise, I was held up for 6 years by a creeping cretin who could feel my breath on his incompetent shoulder. I was the better soldier I got him
You just have to be cleverer than those bastards and bide your time. You will eventually catch them with their arses hanging out then kick!
I was within 5 days of leaving too I so nearly gave up. That's when the bastard dropped his guard and I had him. Somehow unsigned for live ammunition got into his pack after he declared he had none and he took it home. We still don't know who grassed him up ;-;-)
