"So, What Is Punk Poetry Said The Fly To The Spider"

So what is punk poetry? asked the spider to the fly?  
well replied the fly  
"dammed if i know, but from my understanding  
i think it all boils down to perception"  
"i feel punk poetry allows us to express  
ourselfs outside the normal confides off  
mainstream poetry"  
"I feel that punk poetry allows us to say "no" to the man  
to stand up for one's self  
to write about what is important  
to try and gain awareness  
and to try and make a difference  
and if anything to have a dam good rant.  
it is alternative, it is raw, it is now.  
Sometimes it allows me to use "curse words to
make my point"
"Indeed", said the spider
"you always did have a potty mouth"
if punk poetry was music it would  
be a amalgamation of punk rock  
and heavy metal said the fly.
raw yet loud in a battle  
to gain your attention.  
mainstream poetry is more like  
sleeping through a radio 3 broadcast  
while being fully awake  
but that just my opinion,  
i am after all just a fly"  
"I see" said the spider  
as the arachnoid swooped on his web  
utilizing all 8 legs  
to his advantage.  
The spider devoured and swallowed the fly with one loud gulp  
he is a spider after all.
