Snow
A temporary blanket
Over the broken ground
It hides the reality
And falls without a sound
It's white is so pure
That it blinds your eyes
When it glitters in the sunlight
It's like a big white lie
Underneath the fluff
Lies cracked and dead earth
I guess, I'm kind of like snow
Smiling exterior hiding an empty girl

It's good to have balance, I had that same problem with my poetry up until a few months ago. Your good with fragile pieces, keep it up :) it brings clarity and a sense of piece of mind.
