Set sail

I finally sit and think
For thinking thou promise self
It be the last time

The time has come as it does for us all
For everything runs on life’s time
Only when time stops in itself
It lasts forever

My dear the time of sorrow and sadness ends
In these plaster of words
Not do I regret the essence of mourning
For even in mourning the heart lingers in sensation
With an aching desire to have that one has not

I hereby set sail on the newly repaired, reborn ship of sorrow
I am no longer stranded by your rocks of ill will greed
And yet I am the only reason for the rocks to still have power
To grasp the wood of my soul

A ship may be afloat as we are carried to new adventures,
But it does not give the all good sign of a healed heart
For I venture limp in these times
The battles of the past has taken its toll
And I am left with a confused thoughts of past clouds
I am unable to determine if these clouds bring goodness

Fair well dear rock, the time has come for things to end
I venture to knew horizons
But the dents, holes and scares I do not wish to repair
I say goodbye, I never said I wish to forget
