The Distance

I find comfort in my sheets,
covered up and hindered,
solemnly I sing,
these nights remind me,
what sorrow you bring.
How you,
you're just too crude,
my minds trickles through
all we remember,
from the distance we prusued
but determination and procastination
along with misguided view,
through blurry prescription,
I reach for you.

I felt you like never before,
I welcomed you,
glide to the floor,
the thick patterns of gold
where Blue moon took hold,
from this distance,
we mold,
got in and gave me more.
Left me,
passive a predator,
certain yet out of reach,
decisions soaked in bleach,
I've see from this distance,
not many people practice what they preach
.
