Black Blood
Bright in the night sky was a lover’s moon.
Walden parked somewhere dark with his former lover, Jayne.
Both glad to have reconciled.
He stared into her eyes and she moved into his embrace
While he told her a story of the macabre
Jane giggled at the end, having never heard
That one drop of black blood made you black.
Walden kissed her sweet lips, while she responded with glee
“Thank God we aren’t Black”
With protruding white teeth,
Walden tore out her smile while his gleaned in the moonlight
His eyes turned red, face protracted into a snout,
Walden held on to her tight
Bloody Jayne struggled and screamed
Her cries and pleads fell silent in the darkness
Of the night in the gales of the wind
Walden bit out her eyes, he’d always desired
While lapping up Black blood delight
Poor Black Jayne simply cried
While Walden simply feasted
