You, you are krisna himself
your eyes, they tell a warriors majestic wealth
Like jewels of a mystic green
like gold upon temple roofs
like blue against the desert rust
and powers like ocean tides
deep as secrets one confides
and wise as the Gurus trust
your soul an ancient maharaja
your voice strong like the jungle raj
and your presence shines like surya's might
yet your face is intriguing as chandra's light.
your feet bear many travels on holy sandals
and your words are heard in the crackle of melting candals
You are a perfect sage
Of this modern age.
And this day, May 19 2010, 18:55 India time
