The End Of Life
So... Tonight may as well be the end of everything
Life... Has just been turned on it's head and dropped to the ground
Friends... Very limited in a time of need
Family.... The cause behind the end of everything
Questions... To live? Or not to live?
Senses.... None remain, that are human
Pain... Currently numbed by alcohol
Amount... How much pain should be numbed this time?
Answer... There is no amount of alcohol, that can numb this pain
Ending... Feels like my chapter is close to the ending
Thoughts... My chapter could have been at least 4 times this long
Unsure... To end the chapter short, or take it further

I live in a state in the US, whose laws are much more "open" then most in terms of assisted suicide. (ie, someone with a terminal illness)
Maybe because of that, I my expectations for this write were quite different!
This feels like a common feeling with younger people where I live. I know when I was in my 20ies I was simply too occupied with things beyond just me to entertain those type of thoughts. (Although I do recall being depressed as a first year law student!)
