There's only so much you can say.
To oneself when going through
The worst pain
The worst kind.

There's only two words you can live by.
Stay Strong.
There is always a rainbow after a rainstorm.

The smiles.
Though seemingly real
I can see through them
I can see through them just like I see through glass.

I see your tears.
I see my own
And yet I stand here today
Please, don't give up.

Please, Stay strong.
Carry on
Never let the agony inside of you
Bring you down as low as low can be.

The scars that people cannot notice.
The wounds inside your soul
Wishing your pulse would stop.

I've been there.
I can truly say I care
I understand. I relate.
