Observing Around

The chair yellow the
chair green, before
seven-eleven, chairs
in a row, like a tank
of unused fertilizer.
2.
A painting, mostly yellow,
three uncovered fans, a tan,
a woman's soft skin, hitting
a home run, 55 degrees this
afternoon.
3.
Two brown wooden pillars, white
ceiling, curley hair, dirty windows:
three exit signs, bunch of books,
twelve hooks, unused telephone, people,
short green table, three gym shoes,
library stacks: blue and red medication.
