Your black heart
permanently frozen, immobilized in a block of black ice
Cruelty helping every beat
to the world you hide behind layers of
ugly skin
sneaking up on an unsuspecting juicy red heart and attacking it and then laughing at it!
Waking up every morning and furnishing itself with makeup made of spite
to camouflage the hatred that you spew towards everyone you meet
That black block of ice you have as a heart makes you ugly every single time you speak

That is an ugly thing you are writing about. Black ice hearts are everywhere, preying on the weak. A strong piece. Great read :)
