The Reaper Comes For Everyone

 I know I'm going to go.
I know it won't hurt.
but I feel it coming.

and when I know there's nothing I can do
to stop me waiting, waiting on every minute.
or from coming at all.

It makes my hairs stand on end.
I feel it.
Something is WRONG today.

It's as if, everything I do has a mystery to it.
like living in a horror movie.

Time slows down,
and I can feel my heart pounding.

wondering what it is that's going to get me.
Terrified of the end.

I know there's nothing beyond.

"Once, you're dead, they say you're gone."

Will anyone miss me?
Will they know that I am gone?

will it take days, before they find me dead and gone?

I can feel my heart breathing.
coursing life into my veins.

Should I have loved more?
would it have saved me from my sins?

Who am I kidding,

I couldn't have stopped those demons coming in.

I guess I deserved this.

For everything that I did wrong.
Led my body to this course.
Led this day into my end.

A sniper in the city.
Picks his target,
carefully.

A vigilante killer.
A bullet engraved for me.

Following my impulse.
I hear it calling to the end.

My body shaking to the bone.

I take a step into the road,
and it quickly pierces through the bone.

50 caliber justice.
my awkward journey at it's end.

and now there's nothing but to wait.
wait here, face down in the pavement.

for death to find me here.
I fear for certain.
He'll come here.

to take me away somewhere?
where will I go?
I know he'll find me.

The reaper, comes for everyone.

My eyes blurring.
my vision quickly starts to lack.

And then as quickly, it's all over.
my whole world,
turns to black.
