Forbidden Love
Forbidden Love. By: Alan Foster
I see you, you see me.
One look, one glance, we both agree.
Our hearts melt.
Instantly life long love was felt.
We smile, we laugh, we stare into each others eyes.
I don't want this to be truth, I want you to look at me with lies.
I am fighting with everything inside me.
This can't be our life you see.
You aren't strong enough to stand against all the hate.
It's my life so for me it's simply too late.
How do I know that our love will never come to light?
That alone is another fight.
Why does it matter we are both the same.
This is my life it isn't a game.
You say all this to me and get my heart invovled.
I am your little puppy and around you my whole world revovles.
How do I know that this can never be?
Because you never said any of these things to me.
I saw it in your eyes!
Don't look at me with truth, look at me with lies.
I see you, you see me.
One look, one glance, we both agree.
