Everything is nothing
Nothing is everything
Nothing will bring you to your knees

You can feel nothing tearing you apart with rotting sharp teeth
It grabs ahold of you and does not let go
It senses your fear and clenches it’s teeth

Everything always means nothing
Nothing always means everything
Nothing will still bring you to your knees

Nothing will still grip your heart
It will come to you in the dark
Whisper sweet nothings in your ear as you shiver
The cold will cut through your body
It will be nothing

It is a whisper
It is a scream
Nothing is a night terror you will not awake from

Everything is nothing because once you know it
All you can do is try and
b r e a t h e

But you can’t –
Catch your breath
You hold it in
Passing out does not happen
the pressure just builds
There is no such thing as focus

The scream, the sobbing, the burning behind your eyes
and the throbbing in your head

There is no release
