What is beauty?
Emptiness..?
The shell of a person is beauty
with no pain or sadness
to taint the mask of perfection.
No future, no past, no present to change the cloud
of unmoving looks,
set in stone.
There is nothing behind the face
to change what you see on the outside.
Beauty is empty?
Or is beauty full?
Full of emotion?
Pain, sadness, anger, life
all in the eyes.
Can that be beautiful?
All the emotion
the depth of the feeling.
Does that make a difference?
Does it cause a glow? a paleness?
That can be classified
as a redeemable quality?
A gorgeous quirk?
Is perfection
a void?
A shell?
Is perfection....emptiness?
Or is it full?
Every emotion
every feeling
every experience.
