Legalise Drugs?

Roll up, roll up to the new drug store
now its all legal it’s not like before.
Heroin, crack,
no complication,
Cannabis, “E’s”,
no condemnation.
the cops in the drug squad have called it a day.
those nasty old laws have all gone away.
Indulge in your weed,
take all that you need,
a calming spliff,
when you’ve had too much speed.
Take uppers and downers,
sniff glue and snort Coke,
Those “Nanny State” laws, are now just a joke.
Hallucinations, paranoia, sweating and panic,
memory loss, spaced out, wide eyed and manic,
go to the doctor, he’ll give a quick shrug,
as he writes a prescription for your new favourite drug.
Anti depressants, the new market booms,
rehab's full up there’s not enough rooms.
Acne, pneumonia and dental decay,
tremors, confusion “have a nice day!”
Liver, brain damage, thoughts homicidal.
Anger and violence, feel suicidal.
Hepatitis contracted, is it "B" or just "C"
Aids, constipation, “I’m glad to be free.”
Inhaling death’s cancer, lying crumpled on floor,
I wonder why drugs were illegal before?
