                         tommorow is yesterday

Perpetual does the sun rise up behind us,
years slide by without warning.
As I take a look around
I see fossils of ancient tears shed,
of so many differant emotions,
like so many unkept promises.
tommorow turns into yesterday, and on and on .......
O repititious drone,
from apex' high vantage to nadir' bottom unfound,
Life expands, and withdrawls like the breathing
of all animals, tied together we are all
in this dance of survival and the resistance of time.

In my mind and in my heart, when looking back
I feel an element of nostalgia.
So much is lost in yesterday' grip, held hostage
by time and fate.

On her axis, mother earth spins away the day we live within,
sone realize that with every second we grow older, becomimg
mere shadows of what in youth we used to be.
