Heartstrings
What touches your heartstrings?
Is it miracles you say?
Or maybe it's pure sincerity
You rarely see that today
It could be sheer beauty
Pretty and sweet
Using it's unwavering charm
to make others feel complete
Kindness and innocence
a gift bestowed to few
and whoever carries that power
cast feelings only true
Or love at first sight
not slutty or obscene
intertwining two lives at a time
keeping two young lovers in a dream
These things strum upon my heartstrings
I'd hate to see them go
It's so much fun to witness them
But it's nice to experience though

You definitely have good flow with your rhyme and word usage so it was a very sweet enjoyable little read-makes me think of a hallmark card, which is not a bad thing if you see how many writers they employ..good luck.
