Outside
It's the sunlight
So very bright
The light that hits my eyes
As my body reacts in surprise
I have a migraine
The pain I can't contain
Seeing dots and a blur everywhere
Oh the beauty of nature, as I suffer it's not fair
Maybe it will pass
As time moves slowly in a hour glass
My mind goes so blank
Moving like a military tank
Blocks all emotion
All my love, care and devotion
The eyes burn from last night
I battle this with all my might
Yesterday was cool and dark
So that was a walk in a park
Today the sun is out to play
Hopefully not to ruined my day
I got plans and things to do
Always busy indeed so true
To get better it always has to get worse
A past eye injury is my curse
So very bright
The light that hits my eyes
As my body reacts in surprise
I have a migraine
The pain I can't contain
Seeing dots and a blur everywhere
Oh the beauty of nature, as I suffer it's not fair
Maybe it will pass
As time moves slowly in a hour glass
My mind goes so blank
Moving like a military tank
Blocks all emotion
All my love, care and devotion
The eyes burn from last night
I battle this with all my might
Yesterday was cool and dark
So that was a walk in a park
Today the sun is out to play
Hopefully not to ruined my day
I got plans and things to do
Always busy indeed so true
To get better it always has to get worse
A past eye injury is my curse
