If I was God

If I was God, I'd change the world-

First thing I'd do is take the pain away from this innocent little girl-

With the bruises under her eyes and her bald little head-

I plead with God, questioning "Why not me instead?!"-

She fights a battle everyday just so she can take another breath-

While I've taken life for granted slamming dope and coming close to death-

I don't understand why it has to be her, but God hasn't given me an answer-

Why does it have to be my 3 year old sister that has to fight this cancer-

Theres so many things in this world that I'll never know-

But one thing I'm sure of is that I'll never let her go-

If I was God, I'd change one thing-

I would take all the cancer in her body and give it to me-
