Time Away
Every day ends up a day gone
Every minute leaves me waiting for the next
Every second shows time passing
Every thought leaves me thinking and wishing
Every look makes me see new
Every emotion takes me away
I can sit and wait for time to end
But end up with the same each time
Always thinking
Thinking takes time
Thinking needs to see
Thinking shows emotion all over again
And I end up at the same place all over again.
