Grave cravings for absent stain

I really love your poem but the very last line got a bit lost on me as it didn't have the great impact of everything that came before..there are puns in this comment! Sorry, do you mind telling me about the last line?

I guess its obvious this is about drug cravings! In the last line, 'grave' has more than one meaning, but especially 'serious'. And the 'absent stain' is the memory of the pleasure that drug use gave you before you abstained (linked to the cravings). And, yet again with the multi-meanings, it refers to both the social 'stain' (problems/stigma) of drug dependence, and its a pun on 'abstain'. The poem is based on my past experience of a heroin habit, as is 'Still'. Thanks for the appeciation.
