Trendy Innocence

Trendy Innocence
They said it was the latest fashion
It’s a new trend an innovative must
If she refused she’d be a loser for life.

She was a lost teen
She wanted to belong
She needed to be the spotlight.

So blinded by it all
She rejects her former peers
Saying they are not cool.

Party, alcohol and sex
Oh you foolish darling
You won’t go far.

One nightstand evolved
To nine months of discrimination
She rushed and now regrets it.
