water is drawn to fire
fire to darkness
darkness to silence
the silence of ones soul
gathers darkness
to protect from the noise
fire burns in places
that hold no light
to guide ones weary heart
water drowns out the misery
people hold close, and dear
and stops the fire from burning
water covers all flames
floods the darkness
always running from the silence

It reminded me of astrology. Like im a leo a fire sign so according to your poem im drawn to darkness. But you didnt include anything for those smarmy earth signs.

I just meant like a candle lights the darkness water puts it out. I kind of meant that there is always something that can stop you but like how a candle just doesn't go out on its own you shouldn't stop trying
