damn. Alright. Breathe in...Breathe out... Stretch your arms out above you, palms out... Now breathe in...breathe out... bring your arms back down... Breathe in and breathe out... Now breathe in and hold it for three seconds... Release, breathe out for another three seconds... there. make yourself some soothing chamomile tea and turn on a nice hot salt bath with meditation music in the background. Put rose petals into the water and light your favorite incense. Feeling any better now?

Amen!!! Love is a bitch and then some- take it from me, my wife of 18 years (friends for 25) just simply got up and walked out on me and our three girls when life got hard- just another coward- hang in there, Love IS worth it!!!

Very raw, very passionate...emotions that I'm sure most of us have felt, but for the lucky ones who've never experienced heartbreak. Thoughts we've had as a result of that devastation, and maybe didn't express... You speak for all of us who have given everything of ourselves to someone only to have them betray, reject, and destroy us. Nice job!
