Decisions
Making decisions,
At a crossroads,
Given the chance,
I'd still love him.
But a decision needs to be made.
I always forgive,
Always forget,
Always apologise,
Draw a line under it.
But I don't know if I can this time.
Nobody's perfect,
Us least of all,
I never give up,
Unless I've walked all roads,
And no eventuality is fixing it.
This decision,
Needs to be made.
Give a 2nd chance,
He's given me 20,
But I never hurt him how he hurt me.
I don't know what to do.
I've got a couple of weeks,
I'll make my choice then,
Right now I want to remember
Why I loved him first, again.

Oh, this is a hard situation to be in..sit with it, feel it, be motivated by the you who loves you..well written about a tough subject-nice job, peace, Miki

Such a tough place you're in at the moment, and you have written most eloquently about it. Relax, take time to breath and then true to come to a conclusion that is right for you - not a compromise for both.
