''For A Local''

Some would say they knew women,
but you came like earth was built for only one.
Came to this place a thousand times dine and know someone,
then she asked what's on my mind but
it was never her, but you, and besides that
none.

Knew your type and the whole game,
even promised never to go your way.
We make rules, break them instead,
I guess that's how you make me say.

Every now and then the street are filled with women,
but not like the street on my mind.
A year ago carved a rock not to pay attention
but now Im the one asking if you're doing fine.

Thought the cigars, living the good life, along with someone bad and fine
is the whole deal.
You're polite, living the good life, the all different
that attracts me to everythin I never thought was real.

Excuses paves the way to some for them to feel better
now I dont know if Im one of them only making believe I was never meant.
Making someone smile is nothin new
but if it crosses the mind to know more the real her, I guess is different.
