Night Love
Around you time slows,
The atmosphere around me fades,
My problems seem obsolete,
Thing I gave up are now a staple in my routine,
You have awoken a better side of myself,
A side of intelligence and simplicity,
You have shown me I can be myself,
This friendship was never expected but was always hoped for,
Now that it's here i cherish it,
Your exuberant smile brightens my day.

This poem made me a little sad and sentimental. Makes me think of someone I will be missing soon
