Hangman's noose
Take the hangman's noose,
and tie it in a knot,
hang it up, up pretty high,
then say you'd rather rot.
You say life is evil,
you say life is mean,
you say life is cruel,
and then you make a scene.
So go back to your noose,
go back to your pain,
go back to your hate,
then let yourself hang.
You're taking it all away,
all the pain, tears, and hate,
putting it above your head,
while you hang there and sway.
and tie it in a knot,
hang it up, up pretty high,
then say you'd rather rot.
You say life is evil,
you say life is mean,
you say life is cruel,
and then you make a scene.
So go back to your noose,
go back to your pain,
go back to your hate,
then let yourself hang.
You're taking it all away,
all the pain, tears, and hate,
putting it above your head,
while you hang there and sway.
