The Path I Travel

I walk the path not usually traveled,
I walk the path that's looked down on,
I walk the path that truly is different,
I walk the path that i am on.

I'm not afraid of what they'll say,

I'm not afraid cause I'm with you.

I want to be closer than ever,
I want to be away from them,
I want to with my Lord, my Savior,
I want to be away from him.

This war has started to get to me,
This war has started to break me down,
This war has started to finally hurt me,
This war will send me where I am bound.

But because He loves me and won't let go,
Because He loves me and my soul,
Because He loves me He stays and fights,
Where I will go is in my sight.
