Shackled To Salt Pillars
A prisoner to your faith, You beg on your knees
Shackled to salt pillars under a sky of fire
A million lies impregnate even the calmest seas
A weathered vessel drinks from the chalice of ire
As he slips deeper into the malevolence they call "love"
A prisoner to your god, You flee humanity
You kill the saint and capture the dove
You rape the sacred ground in hostility and vanity
While you piss on the memory of truth
Vanquish all hope, For that would lead the sheep astray
Crush all dreams of a brighter sun and "equals'" ruth
Disguise the dead as holy men, We'll bow to them where they lay
Shackled to salt pillars under a sky of fire
A million lies impregnate even the calmest seas
A weathered vessel drinks from the chalice of ire
As he slips deeper into the malevolence they call "love"
A prisoner to your god, You flee humanity
You kill the saint and capture the dove
You rape the sacred ground in hostility and vanity
While you piss on the memory of truth
Vanquish all hope, For that would lead the sheep astray
Crush all dreams of a brighter sun and "equals'" ruth
Disguise the dead as holy men, We'll bow to them where they lay
