The Deterioration of the Imagination
Imagination is gradually deteriorating
Vision is diminishing.
Inspiration is dwindling.
Motivation is slowly disappearing.
Technology is now the “lovely” substitute.
Paper and pen are now scarce and minute.
Society has found a replacement.
Imagination is absent.
Computers have taken the place of parchment.
Writing with pen on paper is now an act considered ancient.
Why is the human imagination fading?
Why are we so dependent on technological things and not on what is evanescing?
Will it come to the point of deterioration…

HAHA.... we were just having a discussion in class on this today... I love your take on the "dumbing down" of society. you have an incredible mind!!

Hah! How ironic. I can imagine that that was a thought provoking discussion.
I wrote this a while back, so I am not sure what sparked this thought, but I believe I chose to make it simplistic because society is just the same.
