definite perks to singlehood.

There's too many poems about loneliness and how it sucks to be single. In a mood to see the benefits, I wrote this.

***
Nothing too bad about solitude
definite perks to singlehood.
I do what I wanna do
to thine own self,I am true.
I am my own master
because everyone knows authoritarianism is a disaster.
Eating in bed ,one of life's great joys
no one there to tell me off,no one it annoys.
free to wake up,day spread before me like an unwritten tale
it's for my choosing the writing whether it's a success or a fail.
All paths ,all doors are open to me
I become the ship that sails my destiny.
a night could unlock chipshop and movie company
or could be nothing but agony
yet it all lays on my hands
and I am the architect who builds the plans.
Allowed for me to eye the gorgeous who pass
or pick one to be charmed with from the mass.
No one to make me feel a bore
or moan at me that I snore.
No voice of disapproval when you're being silly
no frostbite refusal when their angry or upset and relations turn chilly.

To pledge yourself to someone is not a light promise
-not a commitment to make half asleep
It's lifelong,forever,ETERNITY- that's a huge oath to keep.
