Yes, it's a big problem all over the world, but the weakest among us still serve the rest of us as an alarm bell to when the worst of us are getting too full of themselves, and the bullies know that we know. And that's why they are afraid of the meek and want to disappear them, just like what Pinochet did in Chile.
