I drank with his darkness,
I consumed his evil desires,
Now I dance with his demons,
Who smile at my demise,
I can't escape his eternal hell,
I'm trapped by the heart of the Devil.

Loving someone so deeply that you accept them, even their darkness. You sit there and drink their poison. You don't realize until it's to late, that you've been trapped in abuse. You want to escape, one foot out and one foot in because you're trapped in a poisonous love.
