Beheaded Poem

 
I beheaded a poem
For you... my rhyme
I cleaned its insides
I took off its eyes
For not having to bear
The humidity of the tears
I blew the letters up...
I threw the letters down
I washed the poem clean
I've let the scales dry
So I could do a helmet
To avoid beheading...
