Nutrition is Tough from a Vending Machine

You can't see me
I can see you though
Your calling is beyond the realm of reality
We worked the fields together
That night shift almost ate us alive
You would bring fresh fruit and pita bread
While the rest of us were sneaking beers and junk food
There's nothing a Hershey Bar with almonds can't cure
Milk chocolate the worst for wear
Those almonds though saved the night in spades
Nutrition is tough from a vending machine
I stole some of your red seedless grapes a few times
I knew you knew
You never said anything
I always liked that about you
