Secret Family Tree

From what I can remember when we all gathered together, at Big Mama's house where the elders of the women's, would prepare a Home Town cook out for gathering, for the family. IT was a time that I will never forget. As it was a gathering of the elders and uncles and aunts and sisters and brothers, with their off springs children running around playing children games. While the olders people would play cards or shuffle board games, as the elders would look out and see the families all together in one place. Yet they could be found sitting up under a old oak tree, in the shade of the afternoon shade drinking home made 🍋 lemonade with ice cubes to keep it cold. But to me it was more about, the secrets that were told by the elders of the family. Secrets that were hidden in the shadows of the truth, that were never to be spoken about the members of the family. For it was at that time in my life I understood how some people's, had secrets of hurt and pain and death and sadness of thoughts of suicide, and drug addiction and alcohol abuse. FROM pimps and the hustlers to drug dealers and liars and cheaters and murders, yet the real truth of how they lived, there own personal lives. 🤔 For the past behind the secrets ran deeper than deep into the pit of darkness, yet we were told never to speak 🙊 about what you heard up under that old mighty oak tree, 😧 of the real TRUTH of the family that some people's weren't your real friends or family, as you were  Lead to believe the secrets hidden under neath the lies and deception once told of the truth of the family up under a old oak tree 😧😞🙉🙊🙈
