This is a good question in a youth oriented society? "Till death do us part" was reasonable when most people were dead by 40 and the average marriage lasted no longer than 12 years...but you, referring to the Beatles song...ask a good question.....to which the only answer in North America is ...plastic surgery....but even that cannot take care of everything.....If your lover loved you for your soul then the physical can be transcended....perhaps??????

Yep, it's a theme that's always fascinated me - sustaining love in a relationship when the pleasures of the flesh have paled was never one of my stronger qualities. Plastic surgery (tastefully done) should be free for all. Bring it on.
