In my bones is a memory of yours
here in the meadow sits a woman
a man a child
here is where you are

a thread runs through you
from your crown into your throat
through the back of your head
it runs a visible light floats
slowly

from the back of your head
down into your throat
hoarse voices might speak
there a narrow passage
might open

follow the line
weave gold silver
lunar stared orb
sunlight

weave into your heart
the sound of your name
imagine that you
can cut through ties
that bind you
imagine them
turn into light

imagine them
to become swan like
flowing anchoring
deepest of waters
deeper into the under water worlds
to the belly where your breathe
and your navel

from it grows a multi leaved flower
it is the finest of flowers
here is where you birth
dive! swim into these lunar wells
into the wombic stream
the ley lines of mother nature
the steams of her veins
are covered with roots


this is where you are
where you came from
this is who you are

deeper even the roots beneath
their knowledge grow into you
holding out ever forgiving wings
of wind you will be given
each chance

as you align with your legs
down into the spiral
where Earth beings
down to your feet
feel your feet
firmly aligned
your place of self

through your soles
the pores of the old are renewed
the center in this space
this is who you are

take your feet for a walk
tell yourself the stories
that you know
the stories
that you grow
