sleep mode
..
but where is it
when pain had seeped in
..in the continuous mumblings
of immobilised desperations
those indistinct murmurs
pitch a sudden high
as unbelievably
peaking lucidities
glowering as angered
red sparking embers
in their many pointed shout outs
of a deadening pace.. wrapped
up shockingly.. with low
alternating troughs.. of
as if an enacted thorough
begging.. with some
quick silvered dark twist
of frightening frustrations, in
a busted out, yet an
aggregating again.. a pain
in gain.. with no authority
in actuality.. it’s an
utmost
sympathetic pleading..
that’s
diffusing at least an iota
of hard clotted pain.. in
that
monstrously stretching
darkness night that
has already had airtight
curfewed the senses..
& had overthrown
the faintly there humanity
into noxious anaerobic
sewers
only heard & seen
are those crumbly clutching
in crossover latching
eyelashes ..imprisoned in
them are those
unwaking eyes
and a twisting aloud
in an emery papery abrading
pleated tightrope- rigour
mortis face.. buried
in a dead frictionless
coldening tension.. of
a jackalously manufactured - a
hyperpretense, the
so-called
sleep
yes, sleep
embed in those
far off a village cottage
chimney of an untouched
pristine pastureland- life & love
rises smoky haziness
warmth as the midnight whistling
enamoured words in live
yes, words
that clouds in an enshroud
raining down as condensates
over drenching skins
in an answering hope
& seeded love
such is the bloodied
hope.. of a midnight oil
burning hopeless poet-
-scribbling over these
cellulosic pages
of emotional blankness
.. turning them into
confetti shreds
of blood and fury
..knocking them sharp
as a prelude to
a poetry.. mostly
to be ignorably unread
or thrown out to
nothingness ..
yet, still heard
are the desperate voices
of pain.. gone incurably
maniacal to a now
left out with only
death
yes, death
this so
sleep
