Waterfall Blackout Roadkill - Seussinator Nominclature #1
When a blackout came to fall
upon the backwater town of Watermill
a troll made a backfill in the hole atop the waterfall.
It has to do with a waterfall, the blackout, and roadkill swill.
Read on to hear
the fallout of it all.
The Watermill Roadkill Grill & Watering Hole
atop the waterfall in our town called Watermill
was forced to close because of a troll
who turned their road kill into black water swill.
So they called me,
head of the Watermill Troll Control Patrol.
We drove up the hill to see the troll.
But the code required backfill
in their backwater hole filled with black water.
We charged the troll a hefty bill.
I filed the file and the truth it portrayed,
upon my soul:
Mrs. troll, still on parole, stole their roadkill
and blamed the blackout for the swill in the hole,
Therefore requiring a whole lot of backfill
As per the code protocol we do hereby close the whole.
… until further notice.
A timey truth in this rhymey satire?
Perhaps there’s none, the gnosis I ponder
as my side-piece gun I adjust a bit higher.
Sometimes you wonder, sometimes don’t even bother.
