From lust to frost,
romance to regret,
from fall to winter.
Our passions have wintered.
Yielding to loneliness -
this season of surrender!
Shared wintry breaths chilled our spirits.
Our fleeting emotions wintering our love.
Our passing trusts, now only wintery words.
This crestfallen experience with you!
We wilted, then can the silence of tears
which froze as visible memories on our cheeks.
